We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA) which
is required for all returns or exchanges.
Items received without a Return Authorization Number (RA) will be refused and sent back to you. In order to set up a return, you can call us at 1-800-798-1432 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to have your invoice handy. You are also welcome to set up a return under Returns section within My Account. We will then contact you with return shipping instructions and an RA number.
If you received a defective product, please call us immediately for instruction.
You are welcome to exchange or return merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, SOILED, OR WASHED. Decorated items and closeout items cannot be returned.
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for any shipping charges for returned items.
Returns on orders which received free shipping will have the standard applicable shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
Please be sure to securely pack the returned merchandise and to get a tracking number from the courier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We will send you an email once the credit has been issued and you should expect to see this on your statement within 2 billing cycles.
